In order to provide tuition and education consultancy services, we may need to collect and process your personal data. This will be information that you have chosen to share with us via phone calls, email enquiries, online forms, messaging services, or social media. By sharing this personal data, you are giving us consent to process the data for the specific purpose of delivering our service.

By interacting with our website, you will also automatically be sharing data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns of usage. We collect this data by using cookies and other similar technologies. We may opt out of this by clicking the appropriate response when the pop up box appears.

Site user data
Geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, website navigation paths, and information about timing, frequency, and pattern of use. The data will be aggregated and anonymised in such a way that it contains no information pertaining to any identifiable individual. Therefore, it is not personal data. However, it is addressed here for the sake of completeness.

4. What do we do with the information we collect?
We will use your personal data to fulfil tutoring requests, meet our contractual and legal obligations, record-keeping, process job applications, send marketing communications and deliver a high-quality service to clients and tutors.

If tuition services form part of your enquiry, your personal data may be passed on to one or more of our tutors with the specific purpose of enabling them to provide appropriate and effective tuition services.

By providing personal data, which may include sensitive information that is related to a request for tuition, you are giving us consent to share the information with one or more tutors.

We rely on third party organisations to provide applications/functionality, data processing, marketing or IT services to us. We only provide them with the information they need to fulfil the service, and we require that they do not use your personal data for any other purpose. We can also share personal data with third party organisations such as lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisers. These third parties are subject to at least an equivalent degree of confidentiality and data security as we maintain. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes, and only permit them to process personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Should Goldbridge Education Ltd ever transfer personal data outside of the EEA, this will be done in a secure and lawful way. As some countries may not have laws governing the use and transfer of personal data, we will take steps to ensure that third parties adhere to the commitments set out in this Policy.
